Register a kit

post https://api.sandbox.hurdle.bio/tests/v2

Registers (or associates) a kit to a user. This is an essential step so we know who is taking the test, but there are different ways of doing this (e.g. through the UI) so calling this endpoint is only necessary if you are building a custom flow.
