Whom to contact
As exhaustive as we have tried to make this guide for you, we may not have answered all of the questions you have. Your Success Manager is your main point of contact with Hurdle. They will be able to help you with any questions you may have and guide you in the right direction for support.

What Hurdle can and cannot support you with
We have a strong team at Hurdle who are happy to help with the following queries or problems you may have:
- Product related questions
- Support
- Fulfilment
- Finance (paying Hurdle)
- Hurdle Application
- Copy for the products within your store
Whilst we want to be as supportive as possible to you and your team there are certain things we will not be able to assist you with:
- Shopify specific queries
- Designing your storefront
- Copy outside of the product page in your storefront
- Social Media/Marketing
- Refunds
- Policies (T&C’s, Privacy Policy)
